Snow at the Fish Park

Yet another picture from the snow we had earlier this week.  We had rain all day yesterday a months worth in one day now the snow is gone.  This is at the fish park, MK Nature Center.

Walk in the Snow

We got snow today.  Someone was out walking their little dog in the snow, the dog seemed to be having much more fun than it's person.

Table Rock

Table Rock located just east of downtown Boise raises about 1000 feet (304 m) above town.  A good place for hiking and climbing with a good trail system.  Several antennas and towers are located at the summit that are used by cell phone companies as well as city, state, and federal agencies.

Deadwood, ID

In Hot Water

Dad's neighbors pool.  The pools looks so inviting on cold frosty mornings with the stream rising for the hot water.  The neighbors heat their home with natural hot water then what's left over heats the pool.  Many homes and business in downtown area are heated by natural hot water.

Green Doors

I went on the Scott Kelby 2011 Photo Walk this year in downtown Boise.  Walked about and took a few pictures.   Here are old double doors in the alley of a small building on 6th Street in Old Boise.

Fire Truck

A used fire truck with all the signage removed along with hoses and other equipment.  It does still have the lights.
