National Register of Historic Places

A fine two-story late Queen Anne residence built in
1897 by Judge S. B. Kingsbury. The stone and shingle home is distinguished
by a steep roof with flared eaves and a low oval tower above the right of
center entry. The porch extending across the front of the house is
characterized by stone lattice work and paired columns which support the roof.
A beautiful stained-glass window graces the west side of the home.
A hitching post and mounting block still remain at the curb.
