Clear Water

The water of the South Fork of the Payette was nice and clear and cold.

Sawtooth Mountains

My sister and I went up toward Lowman looking for huckleberries yesterday.  This was a bad year for the berries not one was found.  It was a nice drive and we got out of town for the day.  Stopped at the view point on highway 21 for this view of the Sawtooth Mountains.

My Ride

During the summer while the weather is nice I ride my bike or walk to most places I need to go.

Boise River

The river with the university on the left and a Julia Davis Park on the right.  Once the sun is higher and temperature heats up the river is be fill will people floating down to Ann Morrison Park.

Bug Bite

While looking at this stream and trying to find the bullfrog that I could hear, a bug bite me.  Big red welt and itch for a week.  Do not know what kind bug it was but it sure hurt.

Morning Swim

A couple of guys out for a morning swim in Quinn's Pond.   I went down to the waters edge to see how warm or cold the water was, felt nice not too cold.

Bicycle Bar

This is the second such bike bar/pub thing I have seen in the neighborhood this year.  This one loaded with people and moving down the street 5 on each side pedaling.

We are having a heat wave and it is just too hot.  The top temp is outside and the bottom is inside.
