In 1925 architects Wayland and Fennell designed this brick Tudor home for
Frank H. Parsons at 1127 Warm Springs. A large gable intersects the steep
roof above the recessed, arched door. The house plan is irregular and
window openings are of a variety of sizes and shapes.
